Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received.
Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package size.
Estimated delivery times:
- Canada: 3–10 business days
- United States: 5–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your shipment.

Customs & Import Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply upon delivery.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of any damage so we can assist you promptly.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. We do not ship to P O box address.
